About the Role​

As a Project Manager at iApp Technology, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-powered products and services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and designers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. This is a critical role in bridging business goals with technical execution at Thailand's leading AI company.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​

  • On-time project delivery rate.
  • Project scope and budget adherence.
  • Stakeholder and client satisfaction.
  • Team productivity and velocity improvement.
  • Risk identification and mitigation effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Level)​

  • Plan, define, and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, backend/frontend developers, and QA.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, blockers, and updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage client expectations and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure quality standards are met through proper testing and review processes.
  • Senior Level: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, mentor junior PMs, contribute to process improvement and organizational strategy.

Required Qualifications​

Experience:

  • Junior: 0-2 years of project management or related experience in technology.
  • Intermediate: 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in software/AI projects.
  • Senior: 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and AI/ML concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Portfolio/Track Record:

  • Demonstrable success in managing technology projects (required for Intermediate/Senior).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (required for Senior).

Nice to Have​

  • PMP, PSM, or other project management certifications.
  • Experience in AI/ML or data-driven product development.
  • Technical background or degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience with enterprise clients or B2B software delivery.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
